Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports automate the generation and delivery of analytics reports on a recurring basis. Instead of manually checking the dashboard, configure a report once and have it delivered to your inbox (or your team's inbox) on the schedule you choose.
Creating a Report
Navigate to Tracking → Scheduled Reports and click Create Report.
Report Configuration

Each generated report includes:

Use Cases
For Channel Owners
A monthly report summarizing overall channel performance, content output, and team productivity. Review it at the start of each month to assess how the previous month went and adjust strategy.
For Team Leads
A weekly report showing production pipeline status, overdue cards, and team member activity. Use it in weekly standups to identify bottlenecks and redistribute work.
For Individual Contributors
A daily or weekly report showing your personal metrics — cards completed, content uploaded, and upcoming due dates. Helps you stay on track without needing to check the dashboard constantly.
Scheduled Reports require access to the Tracking feature. Only workspace members can be added as recipients. Contact your workspace admin if you need access.
