Member Analytics

Member Analytics

Member Analytics provides a detailed view of individual team member activity and performance within your workspace. It helps team leads understand how work is distributed, who's contributing what, and where bottlenecks might be forming.

Accessing Member Analytics

Navigate to Tracking → Member Analytics and select a team member to view their profile. You can also access a member's analytics by clicking their name from the main analytics dashboard.

Activity Calendar

The centerpiece of member analytics is an activity heatmap calendar — similar to GitHub's contribution graph. Each day is shaded based on the member's activity level:

  • No activity — Empty/light square
  • Low activity — Light shade
  • Moderate activity — Medium shade
  • High activity — Dark shade

The calendar covers the past 12 months by default, giving you a clear visual of work patterns, consistency, and any gaps in activity.

Activity is measured by actions within Flokan: cards created, cards moved, comments made, files uploaded, documents edited, and other workspace interactions.

Role-Based Performance

Member analytics are tailored based on the member's primary role. Different roles see different relevant metrics:

For Editors

  • Videos edited (cards moved through editing stages)
  • Average editing turnaround time
  • Edit revision count (how often videos come back for re-editing)

For Designers

  • Thumbnails created and uploaded
  • Thumbnail approval rate (first-pass approvals vs. revisions requested)
  • Average design turnaround time

For Writers/Scriptwriters

  • Scripts delivered
  • Average script completion time
  • Revision frequency

For Managers/Leads

  • Cards created and organized
  • Team coordination actions (assignments, moves, comments)
  • Pipeline health metrics for their boards

Contribution Metrics

Regardless of role, every member profile shows:

  • Cards Created — Total cards this member has created, with a breakdown by board
  • Cards Completed — Cards that have moved to completion stages while assigned to this member
  • Content Uploaded — Scripts, thumbnails, videos, and voiceovers this member has uploaded
  • Comments Made — Comment count and engagement activity
  • Documents Edited — Collaborative editing contributions

Time-Based Analysis

All member metrics can be filtered by time period:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • This month / last month
  • This quarter
  • Custom date range

This lets you compare performance across time periods and identify trends.

Member Analytics respects workspace membership — you can only view analytics for members in workspaces you belong to. Contact your workspace admin if you need access to this feature.
