KPI Tracker
The KPI Tracker lets you define, monitor, and track Key Performance Indicators for your YouTube channel and production team. Set measurable goals, assign them to team members, and monitor progress over time — keeping everyone accountable and aligned on what matters.
Creating KPIs
Navigate to Tracking → KPI Tracker and click Create KPI to define a new metric.
KPI Configuration
Each KPI includes:
- Name — A clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Monthly Video Output", "Average Thumbnail CTR", "Script Turnaround Time")
- Type — The kind of metric:
- Numeric — A count toward a target number (e.g., "Publish 8 videos this month")
- Percentage — A ratio toward a target percentage (e.g., "Achieve 5% average CTR")

- Target Value — The goal to reach within the time period

Viewing KPIs
Card View
The default view displays each KPI as a visual card showing:
- KPI name and assignee
- Current value vs. target
- A progress bar or ring showing completion percentage
- Trend indicator (improving, declining, or stable)
- Time remaining in the current period
Chart View
Switch to chart view to see historical trend lines for your KPIs over time. Each KPI is plotted on a timeline showing:
- Actual values over past periods
- Target line for reference
- Trend direction
This view is valuable for spotting patterns — are you consistently hitting your targets, or are certain KPIs trending in the wrong direction?
Member View
Group KPIs by team member to see each person's goals and progress at a glance. This view is especially useful for:
- One-on-one meetings — review a team member's KPIs together
- Workload assessment — see if any member has too many or too few goals
- Team standups — quickly review progress across the team
Editing and Managing KPIs
- Edit — Update any KPI's configuration (name, target, period, assignee)
- Archive — Remove a KPI from active tracking without deleting its historical data
- Delete — Permanently remove a KPI and its history
- Duplicate — Create a copy of an existing KPI with the same configuration
