Analytics Dashboard

Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard is your central hub for understanding how your YouTube content is performing. It provides a visual overview of key metrics, trends over time, and breakdowns by team member — helping you make data-driven decisions about your content strategy and team operations.

Dashboard Overview

When you navigate to Tracking in the sidebar, you land on the Analytics Dashboard. The dashboard displays a collection of metric widgets arranged in a customizable layout. Each widget visualizes a specific metric or set of related metrics.

Metrics

The dashboard tracks metrics across several categories:

Video Performance

  • Views — Total and per-video view counts over time
  • Watch Time — Aggregate watch hours and average watch duration
  • Engagement — Likes, comments, shares, and engagement rate
  • Growth — Subscriber changes correlated with video releases
  • Click-Through Rate — How often impressions convert to views

Production Metrics

  • Videos Published — Count and frequency of published videos over time
  • Time to Publish — Average time from card creation to publishing
  • Pipeline Health — Distribution of cards across workflow stages
  • Overdue Cards — Number and percentage of cards past their due date

Filtering

The dashboard supports several filtering dimensions to drill into the data:

Date Range

Select a predefined range (last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, this quarter) or set a custom date range. All widgets on the dashboard update to reflect the selected timeframe.

Member Filter

Filter metrics by team member to see individual contributions. This is useful for:

  • Evaluating individual productivity
  • Identifying workload imbalances
  • Recognizing top performers

Role Filter

Filter by workspace role to see metrics grouped by function (e.g., all editors, all designers, all writers).

Customization

The dashboard layout is customizable:

  • Show/hide widgets — Toggle which metrics appear on your dashboard
  • Rearrange — Drag widgets to reorganize the layout
  • Resize — Adjust widget sizes to emphasize the metrics that matter most to you

Dashboard configurations are saved per user — each team member can customize their own view.

The Analytics Dashboard must be enabled for your workspace and your role must have access to the Tracking feature. Contact your workspace admin if you need access.
